Our 2011 client and family satisfaction survey is now open! Please take a few minutes to tell us about your experiences at The Emily Program. We want you to receive the right treatment for you (and your family). Without your feedback we won't have the information needed to continuously improve our services. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.
